Are we price competitive?
You will not pay extra just because you choose to shop via the Internet. All of our prices match the general high street competition and in some cases will be cheaper. We have access to many special clearance items and will frequently be offering these at amazing prices. In every case where a reduced price is shown, the toys have been on sale at the higher price in our store for at least 28 days during the previous six months.
All our prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include V.A.T at 20% where applicable.
How do I place an order & pay?
Using the Toys UK website couldn't be easier. Select items by adding to your basket. Once you have completed your order, go to view your basket where you can either remove items you don't want and/or continue on to process the order. Once you have placed your order by entering your information into the selected fields, you will then be directed to our secure server to enter your credit card details. As soon as this is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be despatched.
What are my payment options?
Toys-UK accepts orders processed using a credit or debit card using Sage Pay secure server. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Connect. Overseas customers, ordering for delivery to a UK address, please note the conversion to your currency will be with our bank at the rate ruling at the time of payment. We cannot be responsible for any charges levied by your card issuer for currency conversion or for any other reason.
Payment is only taken once you have clicked on the order button.
Where do we supply?
Toys UK delivers to the United Kingdom mainland only, however people from outside the country can still order from us so long as the delivery address is in mainland UK.
UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) delivery options are:

Delivery information
There is no minimum order from our website and we aim to despatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise notified.
UK Mainland 2 working days:
UK Mainland 2 working days is available for £6.99. Orders received before 12.00pm (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same day and delivered within two working days. Orders received after 12.00pm will be despatched the next working day and delivery will be within two days from the date of despatch.
UK Mainland 4 to 5 working days:
UK Mainland 4 to 5 working days is available for £3.99. Orders received will be despatched the next working day for delivery within 5 to 8 working days.
Free Delivery:
Free delivery is available on orders of £40.00 or above. Orders received will be despatched the next working day for delivery within 6 to 7 working days.
Scottish Highlands 3 working days:
Scottish Highlands 3 working days is available for £14.99. Orders received before12.00pm (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same day and delivered within three working days.
Our goods are despatched via our couriers Citylink or by Royal Mail. We are unable to deliver goods to any address other than the one specified on the order and will require a signature on delivery on all occasions. If it is not possible to deliver the goods, a card will be left stating where you can collect the goods from within a specific time period.
Please note should any part of your order or delivery be returned to us because you could not accept it, or failed to collect during the time-scale permitted by the appropriate delivery company, then you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be totally satisfied with the goods you buy, but realise that occasionally you may feel the need to return an unwanted or unsuitable item. Toys can only be returned in accordance with our returns policy. If toys are returned in any other way then we will not be obliged to accept the toys or credit your card. Please email us your name and contact details, your order number, product description and brief reason for return to sales@toys-uk.co.uk. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.
Once we have authorised the return of your goods, please return it in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 21 days of receipt of the order. We cannot refund postage costs on these occasions. Full details of the address to use is included on the invoice packed with your goods and once the goods have been received back at Toys-UK, we will issue a refund to your credit card.
We recommend that you use a registered delivery service to ensure that we receive goods in perfect condition as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not arrive. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
What if there is a problem with my order or the goods are faulty?
Please contact us by e-mail, fax or telephone as soon as possible so that the problem can be resolved. Do include your order number and full details about the problem, so that we can respond quickly. Do not return goods without authorisation, since sometimes it may be that only technical advice is needed. Should the product be faulty and need to be returned, we will refund the delivery cost and will ensure that we solve the problem quickly and efficiently.
The vast majority of orders are delivered on time but occasionally items may go missing. If you have not received your goods within the time stated on your order, please contact us immediately. We will process your claim and pending our investigation we may be able to locate your goods and redirect them, send out a replacement item or refund the value of the order. Please allow up to 21 days for tracking of goods and refunds against lost parcels.
Please note that if there is visible damage to the parcel on delivery, do not accept or sign for it. Please contact us if you have had to refuse your parcel for this reason and we will have the parcel returned to us and a new order despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Might the product I order be out of stock?
Toys-UK stock all our toys in great depth, monitoring and updating our web-site constantly, so it is very unlikely. If a problem does occur you will be contacted immediately and informed of the potential delay. At this stage we would always offer you the option to cancel if you so wished.
Please note that we are unable to take reservations for goods or back orders.
What do you do with the information that I send?
You can visit the site without giving any information about yourself, but whenever you make a purchase we will ask for the usual details in any standard transaction. Any personal information you do give us such as home address, e-mail address, telephone or fax number will not be disclosed, shared or given to any external organisation. We will maintain the information that you give us according to very strict security standards.

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify or substitute products without notice. All toys on the website and any advertisements are invitations to treat only and becomes a binding contract once monies are deducted from your card. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect, Toys-UK shall not be obliged to sell you the product.
