Are we price competitive?

You will not pay extra just because you choose to shop via the Internet. All of our prices match the general high street competition and in some cases will be cheaper. We have access to many special clearance items and will frequently be offering these at amazing prices. In every case, where a reduced price is shown, the toy has been on sale at the higher price in our store for at least 28 days during the previous 6 months.

All of our prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include V.A.T. at 20% where applicable.

How do I place an order and pay?

Using could not be easier. Select the items you would like by adding to your basket. Once you have completed your order, go to "View Basket" where you can either remove items you do not want and/or continue on to process the order. Once you have placed your order by entering your information into the selected fields, you will be directed to our secure server to enter your credit card details. As soon as this is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be despatched.

What are my payment options? accept all orders processed using a credit or debit card using Sage Pay secure server. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Connect. For our Overseas customers ordering for delivery to a UK Mainland address, please note that the conversion to your currency will be with our bank at the rate ruling at the time of payment. We cannot be responsible for any charges levied by your card issuer for currency conversion or other reason.

What if there is a problem with my order or the goods are faulty?

Please contact us by e-mail, telephone, or fax as soon as possible so that the problem can be resolved. Do include your order number and full details about the problem so that we can respond quickly. Do not return your goods without authorisation, since sometimes it may be only technical advice that is needed. Should the product be faulty and need to be returned, we will refund the delivery cost and will ensure that we solve the problem quickly and efficiently.

The vast majority of orders are delivered on time, but occasionally items may go missing. If you have not received your goods within the time stated on your order, please contact us immediately. We will process your claim and pending our investigation we may be able to locate your goods and redirect them, send out a replacement item, or refund the value of the order. Please allow up to 21 days for tracking goods and refunds against lost parcels.

Please note, that if there is visible damage to the parcel on delivery, do not accept or sign for it. Please contact us if you have had to refuse your parcel for this reason and we will have the parcel returned to us and a new order despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Might the product I order be out of stock? stock all our toys in great depth, monitoring and updating our website constantly, so it is very unlikely. If a problem does occur you will be contacted immediately and informed of the potential delay. At this stage, we would always offer you the option to cancel your order if you so wished.

Please note that we are unable to take reservations for goods or back orders.

What do you do with the information that I send?

You can visit our website within giving any information about yourself, but whenever you make a purchase we will ask for the usual details in any standard transaction. Any personal information you do give us such as home address, e-mail address, telephone number or fax number will not be disclosed, shared or given to any external organisation. We will maintain the information that you give us according to very strict security standards.
