We would like you to be completely satisfied with the toys you buy, but realise that occasionally you may feel the need to return a unwanted or unsuitable item. Toys can only be returned in accordance with our returns policy. If toys are returned in any other way then we will not be obliged to accept the toys, nor credit your card. Please email us your name, contact details, product description and brief reason for the return to [email protected]. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours on working days.

Once we have authorised the return of your goods, please return it in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition with 21 days of receipt of the order. We cannot refund postage costs on these occasions. Full details of the address to use is included on the invoice packed with your goods and once the goods have been received back at, we will issue a refund to your credit card.

We recommend that you use a registered delivery service to ensure we receive the goods in perfect condition as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not arrive. This does not affect your statutory rights
