All toys on our website and advertisements are invitations to treat only and becomes a binding contract once monies are deducted from your card. This means, that if the price, description, or any other information about the product is incorrect, shall not be obliged to sell you the product.

Delivery delivers to the United Kingdom mainland only. However, people from outside the country can still order from us so long as the delivery address is in mainland UK.

UK Mainland 2 Working Days (Fast Delivery) - £6.99

For UK Mainland 2 Working Days Delivery (Fast Delivery), orders received before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day and should be delivered within 2 Working Days. Orders received after 12:00pm will be dispatched the next Working Day and delivery should be delivered within 2 Working Days from the date of dispatch.

UK Mainland 3 to 4 Working Days (Standard Delivery) - £3.99

For UK Mainland 3 to 4 Working Days Delivery (Standard Delivery), orders received will be dispatched the next Working Day and should be delivered within 3 to 4 Working Days.

UK Mainland 6 to 7 Working Days (FREE Delivery*) - FREE on all Orders over £40

For UK Mainland 6 to 7 Working Days Delivery (FREE Delivery*), orders received will be dispatched the next Working Day and should be delivered within 6 to 7 Working Days.

*For Orders under £40, the charge for this Delivery will be £3.99.

Our goods are dispatched via Parcel Force and Royal Mail. We are unable to deliver goods to any address other than the one specified on the order and will require a signature for delivery on all occasions. If it is not possible to deliver the goods, a card will be left stating where you may collect the goods from within a specific time period.

Should you wish to redeliver your order to a different address, you may do so for a charge of £5.50.

Should you wish to redeliver your order to a Post Office, you may do so for a charge of £1.00.

Please note should any part of your order be returned to us because you could not accept it, or failed to collect during the time-scale permitted by the appropriate courier, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.


We would like you to be completely satisfied with the toys you buy, but realise that occasionally you may feel the need to return a unwanted or unsuitable item. Toys can only be returned in accordance with our returns policy. If toys are returned in any other way then we will not be obliged to accept the toys, nor credit your card. Please email us your name, contact details, product description and brief reason for the return to [email protected]. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.

Once we have authorised the return of your goods, please return it in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition with 21 days of receipt of the order. We cannot refund postage costs on these occasions. Full details of the address to use is included on the invoice packed with your goods and once the goods have been received back at, we will issue a refund to your credit card.

We recommend that you use a registered delivery service to ensure we receive the goods in perfect condition as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not arrive. This does not affect your statutory rights


Are we price competitive?

You will not pay extra just because you choose to shop via the Internet. All of our prices match the general high street competition and in some cases will be cheaper. We have access to many special clearance items and will frequently be offering these at amazing prices. In every case, where a reduced price is shown, the toy has been on sale at the higher price in our store for at least 28 days during the previous 6 months.

All of our prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include V.A.T. at 20% where applicable.

How do I place an order and pay?

Using could not be easier. Select the items you would like by adding to your basket. Once you have completed your order, go to "View Basket" where you can either remove items you do not want and/or continue on to process the order. Once you have placed your order by entering your information into the selected fields, you will be directed to our secure server to enter your credit card details. As soon as this is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and your order will be despatched.

What are my payment options? accept all orders processed using a credit or debit card using Sage Pay secure server. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Connect. For our Overseas customers ordering for delivery to a UK Mainland address, please note that the conversion to your currency will be with our bank at the rate ruling at the time of payment. We cannot be responsible for any charges levied by your card issuer for currency conversion or other reason.

What if there is a problem with my order or the goods are faulty?

Please contact us by e-mail, telephone, or fax as soon as possible so that the problem can be resolved. Do include your order number and full details about the problem so that we can respond quickly. Do not return your goods without authorisation, since sometimes it may be only technical advice that is needed. Should the product be faulty and need to be returned, we will refund the delivery cost and will ensure that we solve the problem quickly and efficiently.

The vast majority of orders are delivered on time, but occasionally items may go missing. If you have not received your goods within the time stated on your order, please contact us immediately. We will process your claim and pending our investigation we may be able to locate your goods and redirect them, send out a replacement item, or refund the value of the order. Please allow up to 21 days for tracking goods and refunds against lost parcels.

Please note, that if there is visible damage to the parcel on delivery, do not accept or sign for it. Please contact us if you have had to refuse your parcel for this reason and we will have the parcel returned to us and a new order despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Might the product I order be out of stock? stock all our toys in great depth, monitoring and updating our website constantly, so it is very unlikely. If a problem does occur you will be contacted immediately and informed of the potential delay. At this stage, we would always offer you the option to cancel your order if you so wished.

Please note that we are unable to take reservations for goods or back orders.

What do you do with the information that I send?

You can visit our website within giving any information about yourself, but whenever you make a purchase we will ask for the usual details in any standard transaction. Any personal information you do give us such as home address, e-mail address, telephone number or fax number will not be disclosed, shared or given to any external organisation. We will maintain the information that you give us according to very strict security standards.
